Unlike "blown glass" creations, Claudia uses glass fusion to create all of her original glass scupltures.  The art is originally created from sheets of glass, hand-cut, finely formed, and then fired for 24 hours+ in a kiln 2 to 3 times per segment or piece.  Some of her glass wall sculptures involve up  to eighteen 24-hour firings to create the final glass wall art or 3D scupltures.
